I tried it because my friends recommend it. Well this fat burner is pretty unique with the generous amount of green tea extract, caffeine, tyrosine and raspberry ketone. (Raspberry ketone even before Dr what's his name touted on TV) Geranium did its work, too, and I'm happy to report I have lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks. Not a lot, but it's quite a feat considering my past failure history LOL. I combine it with GP3 for my workout.

After trying various fat burners without much luck, I decided to try F-10, I just lost 30lbs! The fat just seemed to melt away! I was doing a lot of research on the ingredients and the green tea extract in combination with raspberry ketones seems to work the best! i highly recommend trying this product, especially if you want to lose some fat!

This is probably the best product by advanced gnetics. One of the pros of F-10 is that it has 10 very effective ingredients including geranium.

I was getting leaner after the first week and after a month i am way leaner i bought another two bottles,people tell me that i look a lot harder too,i am a big fan of F10 now.Thanks for recommending it!
