Big pills to swallow, but as multivitamin supplement this is the best product in the market, period. i've got at least 25 paks containers in the room

My cynical remarks aside, animal pak is a great multi vitamin from a reputable company. Yes it's a lot to swallow, otherwise i would have given it a 10. However it's got digestive enzymes and stuff like milk thistle that helps with liver health, it's designed for people that train hard and take supplements that may be hard on the liver. Seriously it's for people who are performance-oriented.
If you don't care about performance, then I don't see why you would care about Animal Pak. Let's just put it that way.

My wife and I needed to add a multi vitamins and decided to try Animal Pak. Lots to take but no side effects. You become more alert and focused, and you feel the difference if you do not take your vitamins daily.
