Anytime you are on a low carb diet, it's very important to up your fat intake. There is a lot of different good fats you can take and Nutrasea is definitely one of them. I usually take at least 4 twice a day with meals. Not only is it great for leaning out, but also joints, skin, and cardiovascular health.
