I just finished my container of purple k and I must say I am very satisfied by the product. There's no real water retention or bloating, I really have no negatives about the product. I had steady gains the entire time i was on it, and by the end of the container all my lifts were up at least 50lbs from when i started. It didn't really add any mass, but if you're looking to build strength i would recommend it for sure.
