As long as you return the item(s) within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we will give you a full refund or exchange them for the same product. You can request a different flavour or size for the same product if you so desire. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
The only exception to this would be double and triple deals. These special, discounted deals combine multiple products and are offered as a single product. As such, any customer who may wish to return 1 or 2 containers/tubs will be charged the amount corresponding to a full single product.
If you would like to return the item(s), please contact our Orders Department (by phone, chat or email) and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you obtained the RMA number, you can ship them to our below address. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not refundable. However, we will provide free return shipping if you rreturn is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Any promotional items must be returned along with the originally purchased product in order to receive full refunds.
If you ordered the item(s) more than 30 days ago, you can return the products for a refund if they are still in saleable condition. Please note that we will have to charge a 25% restocking fee.
If you ordered the items more than 3 months ago, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Product Returns department, expect your refund within 5 business days. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
