FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $49. Orders under $49 will be shipped for a flat rate of $7.80. That's it. Please take note, though, that this flat-rate shipping will not expedite the shipping process.

Your order placed successfully by 3 PM. Pacific Standard Time on a business day will most likely ship the SAME day! Our customers are extremely satisfied with how fast we ship orders out. On rare occasions an order doesn't ship out within 1 business day, but we will be sure to contact you regarding your order and why it hasn't shipped.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about Active8 Shipping

Question: I want to be sure to receive my order and shipping information.

Our system sends out email notifications upon order confirmation, and if you are a registered customer with us, you will receive any status changes to your order. We advise our customers to check their spam folders as some emails might have been marked as such by your email service. It is important that you mark our emails as "Not Spam" so that subsequent emails may reach your inbox correctly.

Question: What countries do you ship to?

Presently we ship only to contiguous U.S. and Canada. (Please note that we do not sell nor ship ephedrine to the US.) We may consider extending our operation globally in the future.

Question: I live in Northwest Territories. Can I order and receive an order?

The short answer is Yes. And we ship supplements to your areas in the quickest way possible. Please note that due to the recent increase by our shipping service providers we charge a different flat rate for orders made in these territories. We thank you for your understanding.

Question: I am ordering from the States. Is there any cost associated with a U.S.-based order?

U.S. orders are charged a flat rate of $19.99 (CAD). Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any lost international shipments, customs or delays.

Question: I am from the States and I want to order ephedrine. Is that possible?

No. In the US, the law restricts/prohibits ephedrine being sold as a dietary supplement (pill) or as an ingredient/additive to other products. Therefore, we do not ship ephedrine to the US. Any purchase with a US delivery address will be immediately voided/refunded and cancelled without notice. Thank you for understanding.

Question: What does order status "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

If your order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment', that means we have received your order and payment information successfully. This also means that our dedicated staff is preparing your order for shipment (during office hours) and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the order is ready to ship. Please note that depending on order size and items availability, some orders may take longer to fulfill and ship.

Question: Can I check my shipment tracking status online?

Of course! You will receive the shipment tracking number via email and you can check the status of your order shipment on our courier's website. You can just copy and paste your tracking number to check the status. 

Question: Is it possible to have my order shipped to my office?

Yes, that is possible and many customers actually choose to do so. If you would like to have it sent in a non-branded box, we will be happy to make the arrangement.

Question: Can I contact customer service for questions by phone?

Yes! Please note though, that our staff is usually overloaded with calls and tries to manage messages in the order they come in. We STRONGLY recommmend that you send a message to or chat with us online. This is becoming a much more convenient method of communication for our customers, and they can always refer back to the conversation at their convenience and keep track of progress.

Question: Is there anything else I need to know about your shipping policy?

Thanks for asking. There are 3 things we would like you to know regarding our shipment. 

  1. Shipping Exceptions: Although every effort is made to ship your order in accord with our principles, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the shipping lead time changes, Active8 Nutrition will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
  2. Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.
  3. Excessive Weight: Orders that are over 55 lbs. (25 kg) are billed a low flat rate of $1.00 per additional pound and we will contact you regarding the cost of this charge before we process your order.
