I was working out, eating healthier (much, much healthier) and was seeing consistent and regular weight loss. However, once I added this to my new routine, I have seen the pounds drop. I have an app that tracks my weight loss, and I can look back at previous dates and see when I started taking PhD, because there is a sharp and continuous drop on my apps weight tracking graph from when I started taking it. And it isn't just water weight I'm losing, I was cycling water tight pills for a month before taking this product. I haven't been taking them now, but perhaps due to my continuous training regimen i'm still losing weight. Good stuff.

So what is this is this new fat burner and what makes it so special? Well, according to the dictionary catalyst means "a substance that modifies and increases the rate of a chemical reaction" and that's exactly what this burner does. I feel like this is the strongest one I have ever taken, and I've tried them all.

The weight is finally coming off! I've taken this product for two weeks and have lost over 7 pounds. I feel focused, full of energy, and my appetite is under control throughout the entire day. There is no excuse to skip the gym after work...I love it!
