L-Ornithine is a non-essential amino acid that is an important intermediate in the urea cycle, functioning along with Arginine to rid the body of ammonia, a byproduct of protein metabolism.

Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules with juice or water on an empty stomach before exercise and at bedtime. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® L-Arginine, L-Citrulline and B-6.

Other Ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule), Rice Flour and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
