Isoflex Flavors, Taste, Sizes
- Banana Creme Supreme
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Mint Supreme
- Orange Burst
I always give honest feedback on products, especially when it comes to the taste because it’s important especially if your committing to a 5LB tub of protein. The flavours I have personally used are Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Mint Supreme. Yes I am a fan of chocolate flavoured proteins but regardless I have to say all 3 of these flavours are fantastic. They mix with ease, and are extremely light and easy to drink, as a high quality isolate should be. As for all of the other flavours, I can’t personally speak on but I can almost guarantee they won’t fall short. Isoflex comes in 5LB tubs as well as 2LB tubs. Its always good to have the option for both sizes so you can try new flavours or if you just don’t consume as much protein and 2LBs is all you need each time.
The Science Behind IsoflexThese are few of the systems behind Isoflex that make this product stand out amongst others.
- Cold Temperature Process (CTP) cross-flow micro filtered whey protein isolate, and Alpha-Lactalbumin-rich whey peptides
- NOS Complex: Contains L-Arginine, Taurine, and Folic Acid- Designed to increase blood flow, nitrogen levels, and better protein delivery
- Glutamine Complex: 100% fermented source free-form L-Glutamine for better recover and immune support
- IS Complex: Alpha Lipoic Acid, d-Pinitol and 4-HydroxyIsoleucine for the best possible uptake of nutrients
Whey Isolate VS. Whey Complex
Usually athletes gravitate towards isolates over complex proteins for the main reason that they are much easier and faster absorbed. Its imperative for the best possible recovery that the body is fed the most easily assimilated protein post workout. Isolates have the advantage over complex protein. Another factor people take into consideration when taking an isolate(specifically Isoflex) is that its 99% lactose free. So this allows for individuals with lactose issues to reap the benefits of using a protein powder. Isolates in general tend to be easier on the stomach for most users because they are easier absorbed. Thanks for reading my review on Isoflex by Allmax Nutrition, a high quality whey protein isolate. If your looking for a new protein or looking to start taking a protein Isoflex is a great choice. This is a product I personally use and has my seal of approval.
