
Objective: To test the antimicrobial activity of ColFlex against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumonia, E.coli and salmonella typhi.
Experimental Procedure: For each test bacteria, 0.6 ml (4 sprays) was mixed with grown bacterial culture. The mixture was incubated at 37°C and total viable counts were determined after 9 min, 27 min and 54 min incubation time. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
Analytical Results: ColFlex inhibited the growth of bacteria such as S. aureus and S. pneumonia after 27 minutes and inhibited the growth of E.coli and S. typhi after 9 minutes.

Recommended Purpose: Vitamin D is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Thyme oil is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve coughs (spasmolytic). Thyme oil is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a carminative. Vitamin D helps to maintain immune function.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Spray 10 times daily in the mouth. Take with food and plenty of fluids. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
Medicinal Ingredients Per Spray: Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg or 100 iu, Thyme essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris, herb flowering) 0.006 ml, Oregano Oil (Origanum vulgare leaf) 2.2856 mcl.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Leaf Essential Oil, Lemon Peel Essential Oil, Spearmint Oil, Olive Oil, Water, Grain Alcohol, Glycerine, Medium Chain Triglycerides, dl-alpha Tocopherol, Steviol glycosides.
Thyme Study: A 1995 study by Nicole Didry at the College of Pharmaceuticals and Biological Sciences in Lille, France, found that thyme oil at very low concentrations (<500 ppm) killed the pathogenic organisms responsible for tooth decay, gingivitis, and bad breath.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contra-Indications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not administer therapeutically to children. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, rosemary, sage, and thyme.
Known Adverse Reactions: May irritate the GI tract and mucous membranes, in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
