Each serving contains 28 grams of protein in each 30 gram scoop, giving you a 93% whey protein isolate (which is one of the most concentrated). IsoNatural is straight whey isolate meaning that there is no whey protein concentrate in this formula and IsoNatural is essentially fat free. IsoNatural also has less than a gram of carbs and is essentially 99% lactose free. IsoNatural’s Original formula also contains zero cholesterol and does not use sweeteners and dyes.
IsoNatural protein powder is extracted through CTP™ (Cold Temperature Process) Microfiltration; this is a Cross-Flow Microfiltration (CFM) process that removes the larger, less absorbable protein molecules while filtering out fat, lactose and ash which are normally present in whey concentrates and other lower quality protein powders.
