White kidney bean (WKB) extract is an all-natural carb blocker that can reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and support weight loss. Multiple clinical studies show that WKB extract has a significant impact on reducing carbohydrate absorption in the body.
Carbohydrates range in size from single units to longer polymer chains. But before they can be absorbed by the body they must be digested and broken down into their simplest form, a monosaccharide.

So, WKB won’t prevent the absorption of the healthy nutrients your body needs from fruits and vegetables.
The recommended dose is 500 to 1,500 mg (1 to 3 capsules), up to 3 times daily.
